Requests

How requests are tracked

Every submission stays visible — leadership moves it from Pending to Under Review to Closed.

Anyone submits what they need — equipment, materials, IT, travel, and more.

Leadership acknowledges the request and works toward a decision.

Closed
Fulfilled, declined, or otherwise resolved — still searchable on the board.

👥 Anyone with a buildvisco.com Microsoft account can sign in and starts as a Viewer. Add someone here to give them a role or permissions ahead of time — they get a "you've been added" email.

Admin Settings

📚 Policies Ask Viscoman answers from — plus Documents / HR / Work Guides files and Company Tools linked sites are indexed automatically. Cited sources open the file or link. Inactive entries are kept but never quoted.

🔐 Integration settings (Microsoft Foundry for Ask Viscoman, email, file storage). Values saved here take effect immediately and win over environment variables; secrets are write-only.
